- Check reporting gaps and improve compliance & implement audit observations.
- Review other items of Trial Balance.

Position 2:
CS & Compliance officer
Job Description:
- Filing of required forms under MCA - need based & yearly.
- Compliance with other statutory Regulations.
- Compliance with the Companies Act, 1956 & 2013.
- Board, Committees & Investors:
- Notices, Memorandums, timely delivery of agenda / papers, preparation, boarding/lodging etc. - Overall supervision.
- Conducting of Board & other Board level Meetings and General Meetings.
- Drafting and Finalization of Minutes.
- Circulation of Minutes.
- Share Transfers, transmission, transposition, etc.
- Circulating Annual reports, AGM & EGM Notices to investors.
- Holding/ Subsidiary & Associates: Clarification on matters of Corporate Laws.
- Compliances related to Bank/ investor.
- Other legal related issues.
Experience: 3-7 years
Industry: Manufacturing/ Food Processing/ FMCG/ Pulses/ Rice Industry.
Qualification: CS (Mandatory)/ MBA Finance/ CA/ M. Com/ B. Com
